Hand in Hand Free Methodist Church

Our Mission

We purpose to grow deeper and wider in Christ Jesus. We believe everyone is on a spiritual journey whether they realize it or not. And just as Jesus came to seek and save the lost, we are devoted to coming alongside anyone from any walk of life who is curious about what it means to trust and follow Christ. We are also committed to challenging Christians to continually become more like Him in character and obedience to His commands.

WELCOME TO HAND-IN-HAND

We wish to extend an invitation to anyone who is looking for a church family -- or travellers who are looking for fellow believers to enjoy a time of connection and worship while passing through town. You'll find a heartfelt love for Jesus and each other.

If you are not involved in a church, but are curious about the possibilities that a community church offers, we welcome you to come, be our guest, and explore the possibilities together at your leisure.

You'll experience first hand a sense of authentic community, with comaraderie, and heart felt love.

OUR VISION -- What We Are Becoming

We desire to become a biblically functioning community of believers so Christ's redemptive purposes can be accomplished in the world. Scripture is clear that we are created for relationships. Following Christ is about growing in love for God and people -- and it's impossible to travel this journey alone. Church is not merely a place we go; it is who we are on Christ's behalf with one another and in the world. Just as was true in the Acts 2 church, we are a family of believers devoted to teaching God's Word, gathering for worship and growth, and living out Christ-like servanthood as a way of life. We are committed to communicating God's message of salvation, and doing so in ways that tangibly restore this broken world with the compassion of Christ.
